**A quality management system (QMS) is essential to ensure the optimal functioning of the various processes of an organization.** It is a set of activities that help organizations define, implement and review their quality policy and objectives in accordance with their strategy.

The ISO 9000 standard describes the fundamental concepts and principles of quality management to ensure efficient performance.

Faced with increasingly fierce competition and the post-covid economic environment, it is **essential for today's companies to digitize their Quality Management System** in order to:

- To establish the organisation's quality policy (digitisation of the SWOT and the strategic plan)

- Facilitating access to documentation (implementation of an EDM; monitoring of the document life cycle; electronic signature)

- Simplify the implementation of the PDCA (automatic alert system, correlation of the global action plan with the various quality applications)
